Today was another excellent fluke trip with fluke up to 8 pounds and seabass to 4 1/2 pounds. The pool winner was John Sorcenelli of Cotuit M.A. with the largest of the number of 7 1/2-8 pound class fluke. We also had a few shots of jumbo seabass during slack tide. The water is still cool in the mid sixties which is keeping the bait (baby butterfish, squid) around. With the large amount of bait we have seen bluefin tuna, a mako and a humpback whale right off the beach in the last few days. We still have a few spots available for next sunday and monday limited nantucket fluke trips. Call the office for Reservations and information.
