F/V Starfish

The F/V Starfish is a 42-foot fiberglass hull vessel based in Barnstable Harbor on the north side of Cape Cod, running Cape Cod fishing trips targeting jumbo flounder, tautog, and striped bass in the productive waters of Cape Cod Bay. With morning and afternoon 6-hour departures and a capacity limited to just 8–14 passengers, the Starfish offers one of the most intimate and personalized fishing experiences available on Cape Cod. Private charters are also available for sunset cruises, beach day trips, whale watching, and harbor tours out of Barnstable Harbor.

As a US Coast Guard inspected vessel, the Starfish ensures safety and compliance with maritime regulations. It features a bar onboard, where guests can enjoy refreshments during their trip.

In addition to fishing trips, the Starfish offers customizable private beach/day cruises and private sunset cruises, allowing guests to tailor their experience and enjoy the beauty of Cape Cod Bays coastal waters.

Private Barnstable Harbor Sunset Cruise

Enjoy a private 90 minute sunset cruise through beautiful Barnstable Harbor and take in the views of Sandy Neck’s unique cottages and 40’ lighthouse. Charter the entire 42’ Starfish for your group of up to 20. The Starfish comes equipped with a customizable bar and option for catering. F/V Starfish – Cape Cod Bay Jumbo Flounder Ultra Limited

Departs 6 AM and returns at 12 PM/ 1 PM and returns at 7 PM (April-October)

This trip is mainly open bottom fishing in Cape Cod Bay. It is a 6-hour trip with a primary catch of Jumbo Flounder with a bycatch of Tautog. These trips have a capacity of to 12 passengers.
